To block user from the message inbox of Status TAG, please follow the steps below:

• Open the Status TAG app.
• Click on ‘Profile’ then tap on ‘Message’.
• Then you can scroll down or use the search bar to find the message.
• Tap on the three dots and then tap on ‘block’.

Remember you can always unblock the user by opening their message box and tapping on ‘unblock’ or go to the settings then account settings and then manage block list.
